A rather disappointing (but expected) turn of events, upon reading Tess's update last night re: her stores denying the floorset and so forth - we called our two local B&BW stores before leaving to find out if they were participating in the pumpkin preview. Lo and behold, no pumpkins for me in sunny Florida. Sadness.
Edit: After calling the third store, we heard that they were indeed supposed to have the Pumpkin Preview, but that it might've been axed at the last minute yesterday.

Call ahead before you go out the door is my best advice.
8.5.13 is the date stores are giving out for pumpkins.
